Booking

The Eco Camp accepts wedding inquiries in January, February, and March for a wedding event that year. We do not book weddings last minute, or after April 30. Please get in touch early. Closed for 2024, now accepting bookings for 2025.

How Many Guests?

The Eco Camp is a great choice for weddings up to 100 folks.

The Scoop

Everybody is curious about pricing, so here are some details:

  1. Weddings rent all accommodation (16-28 persons, depending on occupancy): from $999/night, minimum three nights. Please do get in touch if your event’s needs are different than what is displayed here. The Eco Camp is flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of needs.

  2. Weddings rent the event space with event tent(s) of their choice for the day of the event (9 AM to 1 AM, incl. cleanup): $499/day, min. 3 days. Includes plates, glassware, silverware for up to 100 persons which is our maximum size for a wedding, with parking for up to 35 vehicles.

Special Tenting

If your event requires us to purchase tenting, all accommodation and event space booking for your event must be completed by early February due to lead times by our tent manufacturers.

The Space

The Eco Camp is an off-grid, outdoor, environmentally friendly retreat center and glamping camp in the middle of nowhere Ohio, basically. The camp is a great match for events that will benefit from our unusual setup.


What’s included in the Event Space Rental?

  • Access to the event site (organizers, guests and vendors) from 9 AM until 11 PM (event concludes) with cleanup finished by 1 AM.

  • Event Tenting with folks seated at tables

  • Bonfire space, includes bonfire at a time of your choosing

  • Tables and chairs for up to 32 folks, more available.

  • Eclectic collection of plates, mugs, glasses, and silverware for 48 folks, you bring additional items

  • Outdoor kitchen setup with 5-burner grills, large griddle, large 3 burner cooktop, pizza oven, sink, utensils (all equipment propane included), ideal if you and your team cater your event

  • Space for a food truck if you won’t be doing your own cooking, includes water hookup, must bring its own power supply

You can host up to 32 folks in our standard configuration. More folks are possible as we can set up additional tents and beds. Parking for 18 vehicles is available on site. More vehicles can be parked but we recommend that you ask your guests to pool and rent passenger vans.

All weddings book a minimum of a three-night stay and include breakfast for overnight guests. This is because weddings have setup requirements that may exceed our check-in and check-out times.

For inclement weather, we offer wedding parties the addition of our Lotus Mahal (new in 2021) so your guests are protected from the sun or rain and have a lounge space to enjoy.

We are a nature-oriented business so please make sure that your dream wedding is a good fit for an eco-friendly & solar-powered place like The Eco Camp. Get in touch, we’d love to discuss your plans.

The Eco Camp operates off grid and on limited solar power, so we recommend that you hire a band rather than a DJ with a light show - in exchange you get to celebrate a carbon neutral wedding.

While we do not offer camp tours, consider booking a stay at the camp to get a feel for what we offer. We will credit that stay to your account if you book a wedding package.
